What does “sovereign AI” actually mean at Zeiro?
It means every model and every byte of your data stays inside your perimeter or inside the UAE's own sovereign infrastructure. Nothing is routed to a foreign cloud region, and nothing is processed by a third party you haven't contracted. Sovereignty is the architecture, not a deployment option you toggle on.
Where does our data go when we deploy with Zeiro?
Nowhere it shouldn't. Your data is processed and stored on infrastructure you control — on-premise in your data centre, or inside UAE sovereign cloud. It does not transit through London, Frankfurt, Dublin, or Virginia, and it is never used to train anyone else's models.
Can Zeiro run fully air-gapped or on-premise?
Yes. We deploy frontier-grade AI on-premise and fully air-gapped where the workload requires it. We handle hardware sizing, model selection, fine-tuning, evaluation, and ongoing monitoring — all inside your environment, with no outbound dependency on external APIs.
Do you rely on foreign cloud regions or third-party model APIs?
No. The default is your perimeter or UAE sovereign infrastructure. We do not route sensitive workloads to foreign regions or proxy them through external model APIs. If anything ever needs to leave your environment, it happens only for an explicit, contracted reason.

What does an engagement look like, and how long does it take?
Five stages with one accountable team: Discover (week 1–2), Design (week 2–4), Deploy (week 4–10), then ongoing Operate and Govern. Most clients reach a production deployment within roughly two to ten weeks of design sign-off, depending on scope and infrastructure readiness.
Can frontier models be fine-tuned on our own data?
Yes. We select and fine-tune models for your domain, evaluate them against your own benchmarks, and monitor them over time. Your data trains your models — not anyone else's — and there are no silent model swaps or surprise upgrades.
How do you handle compliance, audit, and regulator reporting?
Governance is built in: decision logging, attributable agent actions, granular per-agent permissions, audit trails, and human override at every consequential step. We produce regulator-ready reporting and run a quarterly governance review so accountability never lags behind capability.
Is Zeiro UAE-owned and UAE-operated?
Yes. Zeiro is a UAE-incorporated entity, born in the UAE, built in the UAE, and accountable in the UAE. All client data and models remain within UAE jurisdiction unless you explicitly contract otherwise.
